DR. VINCENT MARINO, M.D.
Vincent Marino, MD, has been a medical director and in the field of cosmetic medicine for over 15 years. Previously, during his 30 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Marino was the president of the Scottsdale Emergency Associates and the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals. Dr. Marino, has been able to use numerous devices and injectables and, hence, knows what almost any device or injectable will truly deliver in terms of patient results and satisfaction.
Dr. Marino is eminently qualified by education, training and experience. He is not beholden to any device or injectable manufacturer or representative.
DR. VERONICA BOYER, N.M.D.
Dr. Boyer was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at El Paso where she received a B.S. degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003 from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. Dr. Boyer also earned a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture in 2006.
Since graduating she has dedicated her career to longevity and aesthetic medicine, specializing in Bio-identical hormones, advanced oxygen therapies, pain management, weight loss, and skin care for the face and body. Dr. Boyer has advanced certifications in Botox® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Juvéderm™, Radiesse®, Sculptra®, threadlift procedures, and skin rejuvenation lasers. She has completed thousands of hours in lasers and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
In addition to Dr. Boyer’s experience in lasers and injectables she has a strong background in dermatology, minor surgery, nutrition, weightlifting and holds a certification from the University of Queensland, Australia in skin cancer detection.
MUSINKA, RN, CLT
Musinka (Muschi) is the founder of LaVida. She started LaVida Medical Aesthetics way back in 2011. She is an RN who graduated from the University of Alberta School of Nursing last century.
She worked in dermatology with Dr Bruce Maltz in San Mateo where they started with Botox in 1995 and were injecting fat and bovine collagen when HA fillers were just being developed! My how things have changed!

ABBY, RN
Abby is a board certified Registered Nurse who specializes in Aesthetics. Abby is an Arizona native who graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Abby went on to continue her education & graduated from Brookline College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Abby started off her nursing career in the Emergency Department and worked in the ER for about 7 years before discovering her love for aesthetic nursing!
Abby has been injecting since 2018 and believes aesthetic nursing is about enhancing the beauty you already possess. Her goal is to create a comfortable space to help you look and feel your absolute best!

RAEANNE (RAE), RN
Raeanne (Rae) received her Bachelor of Arts in Business at Michigan State University. Rae exceeded academically and continued her education to become a Registered Nurse and then went on to specialize in Aesthetics. She has advanced training in both dermal fillers and neuromodulators and stays up to date on techniques, products and cosmetic procedures by regularly attending conferences and training with some of the best Doctors and Aesthetic nurses in the country and abroad.
Rae takes an individualized approach focusing on each clients goals and personal satisfaction. She strives to help them feel at ease and help them maintain their natural beauty.

ASHLEIGH, RN
Bailey graduated with her bachelors in science of nursing and started her career as an emergency room RN. She quickly moved on to specialize in aesthetics and fell in love with the industry! She now has multiple years of experience injecting Botox and Facial Fillers and has never looked back. She absolutely loves what she does and can’t get enough of the great feeling of coming to work every day to make a positive difference in someone’s life.

DAI, RN, BSN
Dai graduated from Northern Arizona University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2020. She began her nursing journey in a cardiovascular telemetry unit, but she has always been interested in aesthetics. She received her neurotoxin, and dermal filler certification, and completed shadowing with multiple great nurse injectors in Arizona.
Continuing her education is one of the keys to her success as she continues to refine her skills and enhance her knowledge more than ever. She is excited to continue to grow with LaVida and help patients feel more confident in the way they look.

Lea is a Registered Nurse, specializing is Medical Aesthetics. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s is Exercise Science. She went on to graduate at the top of her class from Citizen’s School of Nursing with an Associates in Nursing. Lea finished her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Pennsylvania State University.
Lea has always had a passion for helping others achieve their health and beauty goals. She has numerous medical aesthetic trainings and promises to continue to grow and learn with the aesthetic industry to bring safe, natural looking results to her clients.
When Lea is not nerding out on all things aesthetics she enjoys exercising, traveling, and exploring Arizona with her puppy Lola.

RACHELLE, RN, BSN
Rachelle is from Tucson, Arizona, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona in 2010. She started off her nursing career in the cardiovascular ICU and dialysis. During her 7 years in acute care she found her fascination in wound and skin care. She has now been in the aesthetic industry for since 2017.
She is devoted to continuous education in the field and to strengthening her skills. Together with her patients, she will discuss, educate, and individualize a plan that best fits the patient’s goals to improve overall skin health. Patients will achieve their most refreshed and natural best selves.

Jenna has been a part of the LaVida team since 2017 as a front desk receptionist. Being in this setting ignited her passion for medical aesthetics, with the goal of helping her patients enhance their natural beauty and confidence! Jenna is a board-certified Registered Nurse who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University and has been injecting since 2022.

I received my bachelor’s in Nursing from Arizona State University and began my career in the ICU and Urgent Care. Discovering the world of aesthetic medicine really brought together my passions into a career that I love. After completing some training for filler and neurotoxins certifications, I knew this was the field for me. I truly enjoy being able to enhance the natural beauty we all have through the use of injectables and aesthetic treatments/products. Tatum is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who graduated in 2011 from Imaj Institute in Scottsdale, AZ with multiple certifications. She has been actively working in the industry for 6 years. Tatum builds excellent rapport with her clients, only offering the most effective treatment possible. Rylee is a certified laser technician and aesthetician. She received her cosmetology license in the Midwest and after moving to Arizona, she decided to pursue her true passion in skin care. Rylee is a graduate from Penrose Academy in both the esthetics program and laser course. She loves connecting with clients and helping them achieve their best skin through frequent laser and facial treatments, and a great at home skin care regimen. She’s been in the salon and spa industry since 2016, she is excited to continue her career in aesthetics and give every client the best treatments possible.
